This video is very special and exciting because it bridges Science and Indigenous Knowledge that is narrated in a very respectful way. I believe this video is a start to some amazing collaborative projects with tribe’s and local state departments and universities that in the past has been weak or none existence. I know many tribes are afraid to share their histories with the outside because of intellectual property right issues and/or the knowledge being used in a negative way. However, this project is evidence that this is changing. It is important that Native histories are documented so future generations will be able to learn about their deep histories that may otherwise not be told. I want to thank everyone who worked on this project, you all did an excellent job
